  1. Heat the oven to 150°C.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Put in the oven for an hour

  1. Cut the eggplant into 8 thin slices.
  2. Put the pressed garlic in a jar, add salt and pepper and olive oil. Mix well. Spread the eggplant slices with the garlic oil, on both sides.
  3. Heat the grill pan and add a dash of olive oil. Grill the eggplants for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides
  4. Roast the pine nuts
  5. Cut the goat cheese into 8 pieces and drain the dried tomatoes. Place a slice of goat cheese, a tomato and sprig of rosemary on top of the eggplant. Roll up the eggplant and drizzle with a little olive oil and some pine nuts
