Cut the bell peppers in half. remove the pits en put on an oventray.
Sprinkle olive oil and honey on the bell peppers. Mince the garlic and divide on the bell pepper.
spice with salt and pepper.
Grill the bell peppers for about 45°c
Prepare the broth.
Add the bell pepper, white beans, curry powder and mackerel.
Mix everything till you get a soup.
Add some white wine.
For the finish put the soup in a bowl and add some sour cream
