Patatas Bravas
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges
- Take a baking dish and put the potatoes in it. Season with paprika powder and salt. Add a generous dash of olive oil
- Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200°c for 20 to 25 minutes.
Tomato - dip
- Take a pan and put olive oil in it. Add the tomatoes, shallots, tomato paste, peppers and red wine vinegar. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes on a low heat. Season with paprika powder. Mix the sauce
Aiöli
- Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and add the pressed garlic. Mix it all together. Add another dash of olive oil
Serve
- Serve he Patatas Bravas with two sauces
