Meatballs
- 600 gr ground meat
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 2 shallots
- 2 gloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder

Spicy tomato sauce
- 8 tomatoes
- 1 can tomatopaste
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- pepper and salt
- Thyme
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 pepper finely chopped

Meatballs
- Finely chop the shallots and garlic. Shred the parsley
- Add to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper, and paprika powder. Make the balls and let rest for a while.
Spicy tomato sauce
- Take a cooking pot and put some olive oil in to make the tomato sauce : First add the shallots and garlic and let it fruit. Add the pepper and tomatoes, tomato paste and parsley and simmer for 5 minutes on a low heat. Then season with salt, pepper, thyme and paprika powder
Finishing
- Bake the meatballs in a pan with olive oil. Remove the balls from the pan and add to the tomato sauce. Let it simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes on a low heat. Ready to serve!!
