Beat an egg in a plate. sprinkle the breadcrumbs in another plate.
Pass the shrimp through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shrimp crispy
Grate zest of the lime
Add to the yoghurt. Add olive oil, along with the garlic and stir well
Take a plate and place the shrimps on top. Cut the lime into wedges and arrange them between them. Fineley chop the parsley.
Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley on the shrimps and add the garlic yogurt
