Instructies
  1. Put the milk together with the cream in a cooking pot.
  2. Rinse an orange and peel the fruit with a peeler. Put the zests in the pot of milk and cream, along with a cinnamon stick and the star anise. The flesh and juice of the orange are not used
  3. Cut a vanilla pod lengthwise and carefully scrape out all the seeds. Put the seeds and vanilla pod in the pot.
  4. Heat the mixture over a low heat so that all seasonings can do their job.
  5. Take a large bowl and put the eggyolks in it. Beat them with a whisk (the egg whites are not used) Add the sugar and beat the two ingredients until they are well mixed
  6. Add the cornstarch and mix again

Finishing
